Get involed
Volunteering
Our members provide service to the community in a variety of ways. During the week you might find us volunteering at the Christian Service Center, in a Head Start classroom, or at a local soup kitchen.
Small Groups
Handbells
We have an active handbell choir, which can always use additional members! A basic knowledge of music is helpful. Bells practice weekly at 8:30 AM prior to the worship service.
Children's Choir
Our children’s choir includes school age children from kindergarten on up. They meet for rehearsal on Sunday mornings after worship and the coffee hour for approximately 30 minutes. We welcome all children who enjoy singing!
Retirees Fellowship
The Retirees Fellowship meets monthly on the third Thursday for fellowship and various activities including travelogues, excursions, and meals.
Quilters Fellowship
Quilters Fellowship meets weekly on Wednesday mornings to sew quilts, which are donated for crisis situations.
Prayer Shawl Group
Prayer Shawl Group meets weekly on Thursday afternoons to make lap robes and shawls for the elderly and folks who are ill.
Evening Book Study
An evening book study meets weekly on Thursdays at 7:00 PM in members’ homes. Study material is selected on the basis of participants’ interest in a specific topic related to Christian faith and life.
